Dispatched work assignments to technicians, maintained Nissan tool room and supplies, and helped conduct Nissan internal and public workshops. Served as liaison between service department personnel and management, reported weekly to upper management, and helped in design and implementation of Nissan policies. Reported to parts department regularly regarding inventory and seasonal supplies. Given credit by Nissan National Headquarters in Torrance, California for repairing a bulletin car thereby preventing a national recall and buyback.

Electrical, fuel, injection, carburetion, emissions, and climate control work. Performed new car inspections, installed new car accessories such as luggage racks, air conditioning, and audio systems. Electrical and drivability technician. Performed most engine, transmission/axle, and body electrical work, including climate, cruise, audio, and digital display systems. Performed advanced technology work such as sonar suspensions, four-wheel steering, fiberoptics, overhead displays, turbochargers, and other advanced ignition and fuel systems and controls. Sent to district (Columbus, OH) and regional (Midwest) dealerships to diagnose and repair “problem” cars on a regular basis.
